Hourvio is a product of Zabris LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Hourvio mobile application (the "App"), how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the App's core functionality:

Account information: When you register, we collect your name and email address.
Shift data: Hours worked, dates, hourly rates, and earnings that you enter into the App.
Currency preference: Your selected display currency.
Device information: Crash reports may include basic device and OS information collected through Sentry for debugging purposes.

We do not collect payment information, location data, contacts, or any data unrelated to the App's functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the App and your account.
To save and display your shift history across sessions.
To generate PDF export reports at your request.
To diagnose crashes and fix bugs (via Sentry crash reporting).
To respond to support requests you send to us.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database provider. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), row-level security policies, and access controls to protect your information.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
Sentry — crash reporting (sentry.io/privacy)

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Upon deletion, your account and all associated shift data are permanently removed from our systems.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Delete your account and all associated data through the App settings.
Contact us with any privacy-related questions or concerns.

8. Session Data

The App stores a session token on your device to keep you logged in between app sessions. This data is used solely for authentication purposes and is cleared when you log out or delete the App. We do not use cookies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
