Hourvio is a product of Zabris LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Hourvio mobile application (the "App"), how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the App's core functionality:

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database provider. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), row-level security policies, and access controls to protect your information.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Upon deletion, your account and all associated shift data are immediately and permanently removed from our systems. This action cannot be undone.

The App stores a session token on your device to keep you logged in between app sessions. This data is used solely for authentication purposes and is cleared when you log out or delete the App. We do not use cookies.

We will provide information about the nature of the breach, the data affected, and the steps we are taking to address it. You are responsible for keeping your account email address up to date so we can reach you if needed.
